Club News

It’s been four months off for the Black & Whites, but they will finally return to Betfred Super League action this week against Salford Red Devils.

The 2020 season officially restarted at Emerald Headingley Stadium yesterday, and the Airlie Birds will return to the field for competitive action for the first time in West Yorkshire on Sunday 9th August (1.00pm K.O.).

Hull will be playing a competitive match behind-closed-doors for the first time in modern times, with FC’s loyal supporters being restricted to watching from home due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Andy Last’s side returned to the Jacuzzi® Elite Performance Centre on July 20th to begin their preparations for the restart, as the interim head coach prepares for his very first match in charge of the first-team squad having been around the club for the last two decades.

How To Watch

The match will be live on Sky Sports as part of a triple-header live from Emerald Headingley with Wigan also taking on Wakefield (3.15pm) and Leeds facing St Helens (6.30pm).

Alternatively, 2020 members who don’t have access to Sky Sports will be able to watch the game via the Our League app. Details as to how to receive your exclusive access code will be announced later this week.
