Hull FC’s 2021 members are being encouraged to ensure their details are up to date via our online new ticketing website ahead of the start of the new campaign.

Members are being asked to check that we hold the correct details including postal address, email address and friends & family links.

Members who have previously registered on ticketing.hullfc.com, will be asked to create a new password when using the new website for the first time, by clicking ‘Login’ and then following the on-screen prompts (please note that your Customer Number remains unchanged).

Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the ‘Update Details’ section where you can check, and update if necessary, the details we currently hold for you.

To link a friend and family member, log in and go to ‘My Account’, click Friends and Family and add the details asked for and click ‘Add the Supporter to my Friend and Family’.

Supporters who haven’t previously registered on ticketing.hullfc.com are invited to set up a new account. Click the button above to visit the new website and then click on ‘Register’ at the top of the page before completing the registration form.

A significant number of supporters recently contacted the club to explain they had not received their OurLeague access code to watch behind-closed-doors games in 2021. However, upon further investigation, many of these members had either not provided an email address while signing up for their membership, or provided an incorrect email address.

It is important we have the correct details on file to ensure our members receive all of the club’s important updates – we can’t keep you up to date if we do not have an email address on file for you!

Meanwhile, some members did not initially receive their code due to signing up with the same email address as someone else, another member of their family for example. Please note, we can only send one code per email address. Therefore, members are strongly encouraged to sign up with their own email address to ensure they receive communications from the club directly, including for example their own OurLeague code.

If you are still not receiving our email communications, a small number of members may be experiencing our emails going into their spam or junk folders – this can usually be explained by supporters not regularly opening our emails to them, and therefore your email provider may detect our future emails as spam.
