Local commercial cleaning company EcoBrite have become Hull FC’s Official Cleaning Partners for the 2021 campaign, ensuring the club remain safe from Covid-19 as lockdown restrictions are eased.
As the Black & Whites, and the rest of the country continue to return to some form of normality over the course of the coming weeks, its important that the club continue to do everything they can to ensure their working environments are as safe and clean as possible.
EcoBrite will be responsible for cleaning and sanitising all of the club’s facilities, including the Jacuzzi Elite Performance Centre, the Centre of Excellence, the club’s main offices, and our retail stores, to ensure they remain Covid-19 secure.
The partnership also sees their company name feature of the rear of the Hull FC Academy side’s jerseys this season.
Eco Brite Company Director Karl Daniel said: “As businesses begin to return to the ‘new normal’ following the Coronavirus lockdown, the cleanliness of their workplace has never been more important.

He continued: “We use designated Covid-19 cleaning methods together with cleaning products that are specifically designed for use in specialist sports environments to ensure that all gym and high contact areas are sanitised and safe to use.
“In addition, we do a full periodic fogging of the sites to give the staff confidence that the club are doing all that is possible to keep them safe and well and as protected from Covid-19 as possible.”
And as a Hull FC supporter all his life, Karl explained his delight to be playing a role in ensuring the club can continue to work in a safe environment on a daily basis.
“I have been a supporter for over fifty years now and followed the club through both good and bad times. I was keen to explore what specialist cleaning services we could offer the Club to assist them in minimising the impact of the Coronavirus and our partnership was developed from there.
“As a local family run company based in West Hull, we have numerous Hull FC supporters in our team who are proud of our partnership with the club.”
