Hull FC have issued the following Match Day Info Guide featuring all the key information for spectators at Saturday’s Betfred Super League Round 24 meeting with Castleford Tigers – the club’s annual Family Match Day.

JLP Scaffolding West Park Fan Zone
Our JLP Scaffolding Fan Zone, outside the stadium in West Park, has been a popular addition to match days in recent seasons, with thousands of fans making the most of the activities and entertainment before some of our biggest match days!
And the Fan Zone is back again on Saturday for the final time in 2024.
Ahead of the match, our Fan Zone will be jam-packed with inflatables, live music, stalls, entertainment, and activities for the full family – it’s the perfect way to spend your afternoon ahead of the big match, with the Fan Zone open from 12.30pm.
- Inflatables, including bouncy castles and slides!
- Enjoy some live music from Hull artist Pablo Carrizo.
- Activities and games, and rugby league drills including Boot It with Summit Vans
- Our family lounge fun will move outdoors, with face painters, photo booth, balloon modellers, giant games, and our game consoles all in West Park.
- Check out our classic shirt display featuring some of our finest jerseys from throughout our club history.
- Meet members of the playing squad for selfies and autographs, as well Airlie and Girlie Bird, and ecostrad’s Wattie.
- Our food bank donation point will be located in the fan park, where supporters can help support the local community through the current cost of living crisis by donating non-perishable goods.
- Visit Hull Scrapstore where you can turn old junk into brand new toys, or get creative with our arts and crafts station.
- Charities and organisations including Hull Libraries, Aim Higher, and St John’s Ambulance will be in attendance with various stalls and activities.
Mascot Race 2024
Our legendary Mascot Race makes its long-awaited return in 2024 for the first time in five years!
Fury mascots from across the region face off in the ultimate test of skill, agility, and fun, taking on home favourites Airlie Bird, Girlie Bird, and Wattie!
Around The Ground
Legends Lounge
Hull FC supporters can enjoy a pizza and a pint on home match days in the MKM Stadium’s new-look Legends Lounge, open from 1.00pm and after the game.
Formerly the Dugout Bar, the space in the South Stand has been completely refurbished into a spacious, modern sports bar with 17 television screens, seating and a pizza oven.
Fans will be able to eat, drink and soak up the pre-match atmosphere, and eat and drink with family, friends and fellow supporters, in a further addition to the club’s match day experience.
There will also be the opportunity to hear from players both pre and post match too.
AA Jones Legends Parade
Hull FC and Castleford legend Sammy Lloyd will take on our AA Jones Legends Parade this week!
Concourse Activity
Check out our award winning Street Food Menu in place at the MKM Stadium, which includes tasty options such as loaded fries, pulled pork burgers, dirty hotdogs, plus new additions with Greek, Turkish and Indian options!

Hull FC Super Draw
Keep an eye out for our Hull FC Super Draw lottery sellers around the MKM Stadium – tickets are priced at £5 each, with all tickets put into our end of season draw to win some incredible prizes, including a State of Origin trip to Australia. All tickets purchased on match days will also go into the hat to win £250!
Food Bank Donations
As the cost of living crisis continues to affect families locally, the club will once again be accepting food bank donations in the Wilberforce Suite, and the club retail store.
Items for donation include: long-life milk, tinned and packet goods, cereals, pasta and cooking sauce, shampoo, toothpaste, soap, lip balm, deodorant, baby essentials and sanitary products. All donations are greatly appreciated and go a long way to helping the people of Hull.

Resident DJ Eddie Richards
Resident DJ Eddie Richards will be bringing the pre-match tunes and getting the Black & White Army pumped for the big match from just after 1.20pm, featuring classics hits, and some fan favourites!
Boot It with Summit Vans & Fan Pics
Keep an eye on the big screen at half-time to see your fan pics, while one lucky supporter will get the chance to win £1,000 worth of Andrew Earle’s Holidays vouchers, as well as plenty of other club prizes with our new-look Boot It, in association with Summit Vans! Meet The Players In The Family Zone
Sitting in our West Stand Family Zone? Our non-playing players will be out and about at half-time to meet the fans, sign autographs and get those all-important selfies!
Supporters can report incidents of discriminatory and anti-social behaviour on matchdays by using the club’s free text messaging service. Please text the word HULL followed by details of the issue and where it occurred to 60066. All texts will be treated in the strictest confidence.
Tickets
Please be aware, our ‘Kids For A Quid’ and ‘Friend For A Fiver’ tickets are only available until 5.00pm on Friday.
Online
Tickets for the match will be available from ticketing.hullfc.com up until kick-off. Supporters can opt to download their ticket as an e-ticket, or print at home.
In Person
Match tickets for all remaining home areas of the ground will be able to be purchased in person from our MKM Stadium and St Stephen’s retail store. Please note, physical tickets are unavailable from our St Stephen’s retail store – only e-tickets.
Please note, tickets bought on match day from the stadium ticket office will be subject to a £3 transaction fee.
Tickets are available from both club retail stores at the MKM Stadium and St Stephen’s shopping centre.

Tickets are available over the phone from Monday by calling 01482 505600. Phone lines are 9.30am until 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. All telephone sales are subject to a £2.00 transaction fee.
