Centre of Excellence News

Danny Wilson has named a 19-man squad to face London Broncos Academy at the University of Hull (1.00pm kick-off), brought to you in association with G&J Staffing.

It has been over a month since the Academy side was last in action, when they secured a victory away to Bradford Bulls Under 19s. But they will mark their return to action against the Broncos at the University of Hull tomorrow afternoon.

Both involved in last night’s matchday squad that travelled to play Huddersfield Giants in the Betfred Super League, Jude Ferreira and Aidan Burrell are named in Wilson’s 19-man squad.

Welsh outside back Jermarie Chatham is in line to make his first Academy appearance of the season.

A quartet of Hull Academy players were selected for the Yorkshire Academy squad to face Lancashire last week; Jacob Hookem, Davy Litten, Callum Rutland and Nick Staveley. All four are included in this week’s squad to take on London.

A host of players that missed the last match with Bradford are also set to return to action, including hooker Ryan Morley and outside back Manoa Wacokecoke, with Tom Jackson and Will Wallis also expected to be involved again.
