It’s time to cast your vote for the HI Commercial Player of the Month and SS Testing Try of the Month for August!
A tough month off the field for the Black & Whites having been forced to self-isolate for two weeks following their defeat against Salford, the Airlie Birds fought through adversity to earn Andy Last’s first win since taking the head coach role against Huddersfield on Sunday.

HI Commercial Player of the Month (August) nominees:
Joe Cator – The lively utility forward was one of several players to come out of the Salford game with their head held high, and starting at loose-forward against Huddersfield, he was one of the key men in FC’s pack.
Jordan Johnstone – Being nominated for a Man of the Match performance against Huddersfield, the young hooker started in the clash and put in one of his best performances in a Black & White shirt to date.
Albert Kelly – With two tries under his belt in two games, Kelly has been the key to FC’s attacking efforts in recent weeks, with his Jacuzzi Elite Performance Man of the Match effort against the Giants winning the plaudits in his 100th Super League appearance.
Carlos Tuimavave – Hull’s silky centre was the Black & Whites stand-out performer in a poor effort against Salford, and again continued his fine vein of form as one of the club’s top performers in 2020 against the Giants.
