Adult Skills Programme

Hull FC Community Foundation supports adult learners aged 19+ to enhance their employability skills by providing recognised vocational qualifications.

The free qualifications include sectors such as wellbeing, nutrition, retail, volunteering and leadership, ideal for young learners looking to pave the way for a successful career in the working world.

Delivered from the Hull FC facilities and the Foundation’s outreach sites across Hull, the programme has helped more than one in three learners find a job during or within six weeks of finishing the course with local businesses.

Hull FC Sports College

It has seen the likes of Davy Litten and Jack Charles progress through its ranks - Hull FC’s Sports College provides its learners with an opportunity to pursue a career into the sporting industry.

Primary Schools

Our schools programme has been developed to deliver high-quality sessions in schools, as well as out-of-school opportunities for children to engage in extra activities.

We provide schools with a comprehensive programme designed to complement and reinforce existing PE sessions based on developing physical literacy.

Through the motivational and inspirational power of sport, in particular Rugby League, we aim to help young people improve their academic ability, build self-esteem, encourage healthy lifestyles and ultimately enhance every pupils’ employability attributes.

We offer local primary schools the opportunity to engage with us in more ways than one. You can find out more about our work with local primary schools here.
