Following nationwide delivery delays due to Covid-19, Hull FC have provided the following information for last minute Christmas shoppers and supporters who are waiting on pre-order deliveries.
The club are aware of postage delays effecting retail operations across the country and this may be having an effect on Hull FC shop deliveries, so we have prepared this useful information
Christmas Gifts
If you intend to buy gifts for Christmas, we strongly advise buying in-store at St Stephen’s Shopping Centre or Savile Street – whilst maintaining the correct social distancing guidelines.
Alternatively, buy online and select our Click & Collect service, allowing you to shop at your leisure and then head to either of our city centre retail stores to collect your items in person.
Realistically, the final date for Christmas deliveries is 5pm tonight (Wednesday 16th December).
We cannot guarantee that any orders made online at hullfchsop.com will reach their destination in time for Christmas, but we will give it our best shot!
We are posting items first-class recorded delivery with the Royal Mail to give them the best possible delivery time.
Click & Collect
When you buy online, you can select an option to click & collect your parcel from Hull FC.
You will be able to choose either St Stephen’s Shopping Centre or Savile Street retail stores.
When your order is ready for collection you will receive an email.
Please bring this with you, plus proof of ID when you collect your items.
Local Delivery Service
To try and provide the best possible service for our supporters, the club has launched it’s own in-house delivery service to try and get as many parcels as possible delivered in time for Christmas.
This service is currently only available to post codes in and around the Hull area and we are delivering as many items as we can.
This service is being run by both couriers and our own club staff from various departments who are all mucking in to help – so please be patient!
Pre-Orders
We know that many supporters have already placed pre-orders for new hummel® products that are expected to be delivered to Hull FC in December.
Due to delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, these deliveries are still yet to arrive in the UK, but once they do, they will be delivered straight to Hull FC and will be processed as soon as possible.
Until these products arrive, we cannot guarantee a delivery date and therefore can’t promise that they will arrive in time for Christmas.
However, be assured, we are doing everything possible to get these new items delivered as soon as we can.
