Jake Connor, Andre Savelio and Chris Satae are all unavailable having been called up to represent the Combined Nations All Stars against England this evening.
Meanwhile, Adam Swift and Danny Houghton also both drop out of the squad.
Hull are boosted by the return of Cameron Scott and Joe Cator, both of whom come straight into the staring line-up, while Ben McNamara also makes his return to the squad.
Jakc Logan is named on the bench having rejoined the club on loan earlier this week, while 17-year old Hull FC Academy prop Aidan Burrell will make his first team debut this evening having trained with the squad throughout 2021.
