Hull FC have confirmed their squad numbers for the 2023 Betfred Super League campaign, brought to you in association with Jadan Press.
The Black & Whites will have a new-look spine next season, with new recruits Tex Hoy, Jake Trueman and Jake Clifford all receiving starting squad numbers; Hoy will take the number one jersey at full-back, while Trueman and Clifford will wear six and seven respectively.
Meanwhile, fellow new faces Liam Sutcliffe and Brad Dwyer, who have joined the club from Leeds Rhinos, will wear shirt numbers four and thirty-three.
Brad Fash has been rewarded for his impressive campaign in 2022 which saw him crowned as the Player of the Season, and handed his first ever starting squad number; thirteen, with Jordan Lane making the slight move to twelve.
Other players who have new squad numbers include Cameron Scott (17), Connorr Wynne (21), Mitieli Vulikijapani (22), Josh Griffin (23), and Matty Laidlaw (24).
Hull-born duo Jamie Shaul, who celebrates his testimonial season in 2023, and Scott Taylor, retain the squad numbers twenty-nine and thirty respectively; numbers they selected personally in recent seasons.
As ever, the number 18 shirt is retired in tribute to the club’s supporters – the Old Faithful – in recognition of their contribution as the 18th man.
