Hull FC have unveiled their brand new principal jersey for the 2025 Betfred Super League season, inspired by the club’s Challenge Cup Final success of 2005 – available online now and in store from 9.00am tomorrow.

As the club marks the 20th anniversary of their legendary victory over Leeds Rhinos in Cardiff next season, the jersey is a modern take on the iconic shirt worn during that memorable cup run that saw FC lift the trophy for the first time in 23 years in the Welsh capital.

Produced by kit and technical partner Castore®, the jersey incorporates the brand’s latest enhanced fabric technology including moisture-management, contouring side panels and overlocked stitching combine to offer unrivalled comfort and durability.

The Airlie Birds return to a predominantly white shirt, featuring our traditional irregular hoops, for the first time since 2021, with the kit also featuring a combination of white shorts and white socks.

John Kear’s side etched their name into Challenge Cup folklore on August 27th 2005, defeating the much-fancied Rhinos at the Millennium Stadium, 25-24; the likes of legendary FC figures in Richard Horne, Kirk Yeaman, Gareth Raynor and skipper Richard Swain all played their part in one of the sport’s most iconic finals of all-time.

Fellow cup winners Jamie Thackray and Paul Cooke, the latter who was responsible for the match winning try in Cardiff, played a part in helping us launch the kit this evening with an exclusive event for our 2025 corporate partners at the MKM Stadium’s Legends Lounge, which also saw 2025 recruit John Asiata pull on an FC jersey for the very first time!

While it was the likes of notable brands Gemtec, Tetleys, and Campbells Engineering who featured on our jersey two decades ago, our 2025 shirt is proudly fronted by principal partner Ecostrad for the second year running as our partnership with the UK’s premier producers of high-end electric heating solutions continues to grow.

Ecostrad is a frontrunner in the UK’s electric heating landscape, crafting exceptional electric heating systems for a variety of domestic and commercial applications. Their product spectrum encompasses WiFi-enabled ceramic core radiators, smart infrared heaters, energy-efficient designer electric radiators, modern towel rails and more, and produce eco-friendly heating systems that provide unparalleled control and efficiency for the modern age.

Meanwhile, associate partners GIACOM and Summit Vans both also feature on the sleeve and the chest of the jersey respectively, with Summit’s luxury car-hire arm Summit Drive featuring on our playing socks for the first time.

Elsewhere on the kits, shirt partners Paragon Elevators, Arcmaster, Cladding King, PBS Construction, Kinetic Laboratories, JLP Scaffolding, and J O’Neills all return, while Mezz UK and Steve Hodgins Plumbing, Heating & Electrical feature on the kit for the first time.

The jersey is accompanied by our Principal Training Range, featuring premium branded match apparel, and training and leisure wear – all of which is designed and manufactured by Castore® with ultimate performance and comfort in mind, specific to Rugby League athletes.

The initial drop of our off-field range is now available, with a wide range of additional products still to come in further drops in the run up to the festive period, while our brand new fashion range was also unveiled on Wednesday evening.

Shirts are priced £52.99 for adults, and £39.99 for kids and toddler, and are available in various sizes, including ladies fit, while members are reminded that they receive an exclusive discount voucher in their 2025 membership pack, which allows them to receive £5 off a 2025 jersey of their choosing.
